The hotel at Pickering Casino Resort has 275 rooms, and 22 of them are accessible. The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, on 905-686-4005.

One room type, the Accessible King Room, is 388 sq ft and sits near the elevators. It has one lowered king bed and a 34-inch doorway. The room also has a roll-in shower with a bath bench and grab bars, a lowered towel bar and raised toilet seats. The Accessible Executive Suite is about 775 sq ft, on the top 14th floor. It has a king bed, a pull-out sofa bed and a roll-in shower with a bath bench and grab bars.

Service animals are not charged pet fees, though a cleaning fee may apply for soiling or damage. Anyone 19 or older can make a reservation. From 4 PM guests can check in, and check-out is no later than 11 AM.

The operator's Casino Shuttle is wheelchair accessible, and service animals are welcome on board. Riders must be 19+ with valid government-issued photo ID. A reservation is required: booking opens 48 hours before departure and closes at 8:00 PM the night before.

Pickups run seven days a week from Apple Markville Plaza on Bullock Drive and from Redlea Avenue by Milliken GO Station parking. A third stop is the YMCA entrance at Town Centre Court and Borough Drive, at Scarborough Town Centre. Return trips leave the casino entrance at 3:00, 5:00 and 7:15 PM.

Durham Region Transit route 917 runs along Bayly Street between Pickering Station and Ajax Station. The nearest scheduled stops are Bayly Westbound @ Church and Bayly Eastbound @ Church. Buses on DRT scheduled routes meet AODA requirements: low floors, a kneeling feature, a ramp for mobility aids and two mobility aid spaces. Parking costs nothing in either the multi-level garage or the outdoor lot, and hotel guests park under cover at no charge.

The Arena, a 2,500-person venue, states that it is accessible. Accessible seats are sold on Ticketmaster, and their location may vary by show. Metal detectors stand at the public entrances to the gaming floors and theatres at the operator's Ontario casinos.

Under the operator's accessibility policy, a guide dog or service animal may enter areas open to the public, unless another law excludes it. If staff cannot easily identify a service animal, they may ask for documentation from a regulated health professional. They may not ask about the person's disability. A support person may come into all premises, subject to applicable age restrictions, and customers may use their own personal assistive devices.
